Refunds: Given the digital and time-bound nature of our counselling data (which is season-specific), we generally do not offer refunds after access is granted. For exceptional cases, contact us at asnstudios.app@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
Our counselling tools and rank predictors provide data-driven estimates only — they are not a guarantee of college allotment outcomes. JEE counselling results depend on many factors beyond our control, including NTA rank lists, NIC code allocations, and institute seat matrices.
Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASN Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms — including but not limited to code, design, data compilations, and branding — are owned by ASN Studios or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
