• App data (CSAB Nexus): Subscription status is verified via Google Play and Firestore. No sensitive personal data is stored beyond your subscription record.
• Communication data: If you contact us via email or contact form, we retain your message to respond to your query.

• Verify subscription or payment status

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).
