The CSAB Counselling Season Pass is a non-refundable digital product. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

01 No Refund Policy

CSAB Counselling operates a strict no-refund policy on all Season Pass purchases. Once a payment is successfully processed and your Season Pass is activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances except as stated in Section 3 of this policy.

We understand this may seem strict. Here is why this policy exists:

Immediate Digital Access

The moment you pay, you have full access to 3 years of cutoff data, predictions, wishlist, and choice fill. The product is fully delivered on purchase.

Abuse Prevention

Counselling lasts only a few weeks. Without this policy, users could use the full product and then request refunds, which would make the service unsustainable.

Data is Live Preview

We provide a free demo on the landing page so you can see exactly what the predictor looks like before purchasing. There are no surprises after payment.

Low Price Point

At Rs. 249, the Season Pass is priced to be accessible. Processing refund transactions has costs that would make the service economically unviable at this price.

03 Exceptions — When We Will Help

While we do not offer refunds, we will resolve the following situations promptly:

Payment failed but money was deducted

If Razorpay deducted money from your account but your Season Pass was not activated within 10 minutes, contact us on Telegram with your payment details. We will manually verify and activate your account within 30 minutes, or initiate a refund via Razorpay within 3-5 business days.

Duplicate payment

If you were charged more than once for the same Season Pass due to a technical error, contact us immediately. We will verify the duplicate charge and initiate a refund for the extra payment within 5-7 business days.

Wrongful account ban

If your account was suspended in error and you had not violated our Terms of Service, contact us and we will restore access or issue a full refund.

In all other cases, including accidental purchases, unsatisfactory predictions, or changed minds, we are unable to issue refunds. We recommend using the free demo before purchasing.

Locate your Payment ID

Your Razorpay Payment ID starts with "pay_". It is shown on the payment success screen and in any confirmation email from Razorpay.

Contact us on Telegram

Message us at t.me/your_channel with your email address, the Payment ID, and a brief description of the issue. This is the fastest way to get help.

Allow time for review

We review payment issues within 24 hours. For legitimate refund cases, we will initiate the refund through Razorpay within 2 business days. Razorpay then takes 5-7 business days to return funds.

06 Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve issues faster directly than through a chargeback process.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a legitimate purchase is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account termination and being flagged with Razorpay.

If you file a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide your transaction records and usage logs to Razorpay and your bank as evidence of service delivery.
